Jpop: Have A Nice Day! (ハバナイ)

I mentioned Japanese "Have A Nice Day!" not so long ago. Time to share something of them and especially their leader Asami Hokuto, who in features heavily in the great "New Romance" which obviously is a tribute to the early 80s music wave with the same name. His english may not be great but damn does it work well here.

Mandopop/rock: Wu Bai (伍佰) & China Blue

Wu Bai and his band China Blue is a classic rock band, and one of my favorites from him is the song from the 1992 movie "Dust of Angels", but there are many more.

Jpop/rock: Molice

The trio Molice from Japan draw their inspiration from various rock/punk sources in the 70s/80s/90s in their own unique combination that sometimes makes me like it even though this kind of noise-intensive usually is to much for me nowadays (I always've loved metal, not the more punk/jumpy sort of guitar-based music).

Kpop: Park Yi Joon - Beep

Park Ji Yoon.....aaaaw....she is just so great! And her Mystic89 label is rising in my regards quicker than a rocketship... The new trend in kpop to release double videos seems to be one to continue as she just released "Inner Sense". Both showcases Park's natural stylishness and just class, but while Inner Space was understated beauty and introspection, Beep is a flirt with 70s flamboyant fashion and video quality like an old VHS cassette. And its still even more classy.
