One Two Free seems like a Taiwanese group focused on funny videos, Gym being their latest video. They are quite hilarious at times. The fit lady in the video is none other than Jung Da Yeon, Korean fitness guru well known in Korea and Japan and, evidently, Taiwan. She's 46 but looks like half her age, i.e. a classic sexy MILF. ;-)
