Ukrainian pop: Time & Glass (Время и Стекло)

The duo Time & Glass from Ukraine consists of singer Alex Zavgorodniy and Nadia Dorofeeva, and they have made a number of visual videos where the Name 505 is clearly the best with its catchy sound synced with a flow of mesmeric images and scenes passing by.

Kpop: Mamamoo - Girl Crush

One of the best kpop groups in regards to singing capability, Mamamoo did this vertical video last fall, and even though the concept got a little to popular at that time relative it's narrow inventiveness, the song is great fun and so it should be shared.

Jpop: Natsu no Mamono (夏の魔物)

The group Natsu no Mamono was put together by the organizer of the Aomori Music Festival, something that can be traced by cameos in their videos by artist like Ladybaby, who has visited the festival. The group has just heaps of fun in their video, with lots of ironic stuff being thrown about. And then there's Dark DPS, the "dark" opponent group...

Russian pop: Iowa (Айова)

Iowa is actually a Belarusian band, but they are currently residing in St Petersburg. Band members are Ekaterina Ivanchikova, Leonid Tereschenko and Vasily Bulanov. The videos are usually quite nice, with Smile and The same being my favorites.

Jpop: Fairies - Mr Platonic

Of the videos released last year by Fairies, "Mr Platonic" was the most interesting with its disco sounds and clear direction songwise. Again Ito Momoka lifts them that extra bit with her charisma.

Kpop: Stellar - Sting (찔려)

Stellar have established themselves as a kind of the ruling kpop girl group when it comes to sexual innuendo and meta references to female kpop, with videos as Marionette and Vibrato being the best examples. While not being on par with those two songs, Sting continues the tradition with lots of attention going to netizens (be it haters or lovers) this time, and the song is good enough too as a background to this.
