Mandopop: One Two Free - Kiang

The ironic duo One Two Free from Taiwan has done several funny videos that at the same time has been quite sharp musically too, "Gym", "ABC" and "3D舞力全失" are my favorites. They have several funny commercials too under the belt, so it's obvious they have lots of skills under their belt.
The new "Kiang" (the largest wild ass in the world), is a rather coarse and wild take on partying, again with cool samples and beats.

Kpop: Girl's Generation - You Think

However you measure who is the biggest and most popular group from Korea, you will undoubtedly land with the answer Girl's Generation/SNSD. The title isn't wholly undeserved but so often with this kind of position it means that the artist in question deliver slightly bland and, by definition, mainstream, pop songs. I loved Catch Me If You Can relesed this spring but then came the totally meaningless Party followed up by the two latest Lion Heart and now You Think. If these three I would say You Think is the one most deserving of attention, so I suggest giving that one a chance.

Kpop: Sunny Hill - Monday Blues

Finally! Is this the end of Sunny Hill's "boring" phase? I know that the ballads and touching songs they have released for some time now is liked by many, but for me they have been a step down from what they did at their renewal back in 2011 with "Midnight Circus" etc. The new "Monday Blues" isn't perfect in any sense, but it feels refreshing for Sunny Hill as they had this unique charm that I feel they have been downplaying with the more serious tone, but now is back.

Kpop: Glam (글램)

One of 2012's rookie groups, Glam, now releases their second single 'I like that'. Reminds me of something, but can't quite put my finger on it. But I like it, and doesnt it look like they are having real fun too? ^_^

Kpop: WE (위)

Vill nämna WE fär att de är en av de få kpop-grupperna utöver Co-Ed School som har både kvinnor och män i gruppen. Även om de inte har något egentligen att komma med i jämförelse med nämnda grupp, är Party en OK låt och Rainy en schysst ballad om man gillar sånt (inte jag då...).
